تأثیر فسفر، گوگرد و زادمایه باکتری‌های اکسید‌کننده گوگرد بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد گندم

چکیده

این پژوهش برای بررسی تأثیر فسفر، گوگرد و زادمایه باکتری‌های اکسید‌کننده گوگرد بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد گندم (Triticum aestivum) رقم الوند در شهرستان اسکو استان آذربایجان شرقی اجرا گردید. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار و با دو فاکتور شامل چهار سطح گوگرد + باکتری تیوباسیلوس (S0: عدم‌مصرف گوگرد و تیوباسیلوس، S1: 500 کیلوگرم گوگرد + 10 کیلوگرم تیوباسیلوس، S2: 1000 کیلوگرم گوگرد + 20 کیلوگرم تیوباسیلوس وS3: 2000 کیلوگرم گوگرد + 40 کیلوگرم تیوباسیلوس بر هکتار) و سه سطح کود سوپرفسفات تریپل (P0: عدم‌مصرف فسفر، P1: مصرف 65 درصد وP2: مصرف 100 درصد فسفر مورد نیاز بر اساس آزمون خاک) بود. نتایج نشان داد که اثر گوگرد و فسفر بر عملکرد دانه، عملکرد زیست‌توده، تعداد خوشه در بوته، وزن هزار دانه، تعداد پنجه در بوته و تعداد دانه در خوشه گندم معنادار بود. کاربرد گوگرد و فسفر به‌صورت منفرد تأثیر معناداری بر تعدادی از صفات تولیدی نشان داد؛ به‌ویژه اثر منفرد فسفر بر عملکرد دانه و زیست‌توده، و اثر منفرد گوگرد نیز بر عملکرد دانه و برخی اجزای عملکرد معنادار بود. اثر متقابل گوگرد و فسفر برای برخی صفات معنادار و برای برخی دیگر غیرمعنادار بود. افزایش سطح گوگرد موجب افزایش زیست‌توده و تعداد خوشه شد. بیشترین زیست‌توده در تیمار S3 مشاهده شد، اما برای وزن هزار دانه و تعداد پنجه بهترین پاسخ غالباً با S1 یا S2 ثبت گردید. بیشترین عملکرد دانه و برخی اجزای عملکرد با مصرف 65 درصد فسفر حاصل شد.  پاسخ‌های گندم به مصرف فسفر و گوگرد غیرخطی بود و سطوح میانی آن‌ها اثرهای بهتری داشتند. تیمار تلفیقی فسفر+ گوگرد + زادمایه باکتری‌های اکسیدکننده گوگرد می‌تواند در خاک‌های آهکی با فسفر کم، جذب فسفر و عناصر غذایی کم‌مصرف و عملکرد گندم را افزایش دهد.
